Serving Up Solutions Dinner

On January 25th 2018, the Serving Up Solutions fundraising dinner was hosted by Kentucky Agriculture  Commissioner Ryan Quarles, business and legislative leaders to benefit Kentucky Hunters for the Hungry and the Kentucky Association of Food Banks.  Guests were served by members of the Kentucky Legislative Sportsmen’s Caucus. Governor Matt Bevin and First Lady Glenna Bevin attended.

Proceeds from ticket sales and donations raised $19,000. United States Ambassador Kelly Craft and Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Board Chair Joe Craft more than matched that total with a donation of $20,000. KAFB’s share of the proceeds from the dinner would enable it to buy enough fresh produce through the Farms to Food Banks Program for 144,000 meals!
